One of the latest FCC approvals was the Philips universal remote control, currently named Pronto TSU9400.

As you can see by the image there is a large 3.7-inch TFT screen with a 640×480 resolution that will display all the information you need to know. The universal remote control works with any device that has infrared, and one of the best features is the “non-line-of-sight control via Wi-Fi” which means that you can forget about the real RC on the the kitchen and not worry about it.
Additionally, there is a docking station to charge the Philips Pronto TSU9400 remote control that uses Li-ion batteries. A full recharge can take 3 to 4 hours.

I’m pretty happy with the universal remote that came with my Denon receiver, but the Prontos have always had a pretty good reputation in home theater enthusiast circles.
My Pronto, TSU9400, remote has been dropped a couple of times & is not charging. Suggestions to fix this please?
