When you’re thinking about a company that releases products with great design, Samsung isn’t usually on the said list, despite having some very nice products. This LCD monitor, the SyncMaster 971D, has won the award for Industrial Design Excellence.

Although I’m a fan of the design of the Apple LCDs, I have to admit that this screen looks nicer, and I wouldn’t look bad with an Apple computer either.

4I didn’t said they have bad design. But usually when I ask someone about companies with well designed products, Sony and Apple are usually the first names that come up.
