Laura Vandervoort is looking good as the smoking hot successor to the “super” tv mantle in these first picks of her in “costume” as Kara, Clark’s surviving cousin from Krypton. I think throwing Supergirl into the last season of Smallville is a pretty obvious attempt to keep the series going in the form of a new spin-off with Supergirl if she becomes popular enough during the course of the last season.
If that is the angle they’re planning, I hope it works. I’d like to to see a successful Supergirl property that wasn’t a clothes line. :)

well the girl alone should get just about every nerd and most geeks on the planet interested. but those rarely make a blip on the tv networks radars, hell they may even be scared of them because of their understanding of p2p and the net in general…
