Looks like Superboy (or Young Superman depending on what legal says today) may be getting a new look on the next season of Legion of Super Heroes (which is supposed to be being written for an older audience this time around).
I like the outfit…what do you think?

I guess if you’re reinventing the look for a cartoon, that works. I wouldn’t think it would work in a comic or live action, but…it’s okay.
Yeah, I don’t think he’s going to be dressing like that in the comics anytime soon…although a variation on that wouldn’t be terrible, and he is due for at least a temporary costume update…but I have to say I like it better than the burgundy and blue “Superman of death” look from Superman Returns.

I thought he was Superman X? Mon-El is superboy not Kel-el….Who the heck is super Girl, really? She isnt even really related to Kal-el!
I LOVED the colors in Superman Returns. Dark red and royal blue, looked great!

That is Superman X, however Mon-El is not and never has been Superboy, Kon-El is Superboy. And Supergirl is related to him, Kara Zor-El is his cousin.
