Last week, everyone was reporting that Target was going to only be offering Blu-Ray movies and equipment in stores. The HD-DVD team quickly released a statement saying that Target would continue to offer players and movies in-store. The deal that got everybody riled up was simply over an “end cap” that Sony bought to promote their player in the store.
So you can go ahead and pull that nail out of HD-DVD’s coffin…
