I still recall all the Marvel litigation, where they had to make crazy settlements such as "Fighting American can have a shield but he can never be allowed to throw it" and so on. Rob Liefeld should've had his pencil priviledges revoked fifteen years ago, but that's nothing new. And I actually have a soft spot for USAgent. I remember when Ultimates (I think it was one of the annuals) had a story where they were trying to replicate the Captain American formula in a modern soldier and he ended up dying while saving a bunch of people.
