The Russian Court system has found that the CEO of AllofMP3.com was NOT GUILTY of breaking Russian copyright laws according to Tech Crunch.
EMI, NBC Universal and Time Warner led the case against the site, and have previously threatened to take the case to the World Trade Organization. You can bet they’ll be pursuing that after this ruling.
For right now, though, the site is planning to come back online, and to be open “for the foreseeable future”.

1With the nationalistic buildup that Putin has been overseeing (while admittedly scary), this ruling comes as no surprise whatsoever.
