Just when I thought that Windows Mobile DAPs had finally bit the dust, Toshiba surprises me and everyone by releasing a brand new, flash-memory Gigabeat.
flash based DAP (4GB), featuring a 2.4” LCD with a QVGA resolution, a Wireless Lan IEEE 802.11b/g networking capability, and which of course support MP3, WMA, WAV and WM DRM10 files.

There’s nothing extraordinary about the device itself, so I wonder how well it will sell. But I’m more curious to know if a flash-based Zune will follow this player very soon?
