This just integrates the USB video card into a monitor. Very convenient for the consumer. And no, you wouldn't play games on them, not the ones we have anyway. The performance is good enough to draw 2D windows (with lag if you drag stuff around fast) but I don't think USB 2.0 could provide enough bandwidth and speed for a 3D video card to function.
