yeah snark, they have. Well, sort of, it’s a toilet paper roll. And I don’t think the company’s Japanese. A japanese company does sell several models of mp3 playing toilets though.

This is pretty cool, though it’d probably be better if it interfaced with something besides the ipod… like your PC via wifi or something. I mean, average lifespan of a treadmill is something like 10-15 years, 15 years from now I don’t know that I’m going to still be using an ipod, regardless of how much I use it now. But then, in 10-15 years, who’s going to be using 802.11b compatible stufff? :)

It’d be really cool if it could scan all your music and pick stuff with the proper rhythm for the speed you’re moving at. :)

Seriously, I would love to have one. I could use all the help I can get to get through a workout on a treadmill. But I’m afraid I’ll have to stick with my Velcro attachment, Ipod, and “no thrill treadmill…..’cause these are going for $8,000 !!!
