According to the fine folks at the Xbox Forums, the Halo edition of the Xbox 360 comes equipped with the 65nm CPUs, which are supposed to run cooler – and could finally put a stopper in the “red ring of death” plague.

So if you’re looking to get a 360 anytime soon – you might want to grab the Halo edition – not only is it cool looking…and, you know…Haloy…it’s also a better machine…
