The vii was obviously created to attract people who weren’t knowledgable in the field of video gaming. Cheaper price, comes with 12 games, “essentially the same console”…already sounds like a better deal. Of course, we know this to be false…

I am sorry to say it will sell to the chinese who will soon be our slave masters, we will be there slaves.

It will not be sued, why? China has lax laws for copyright infringement, infact Microsoft had tried to sue over 100 companies for selling MS Windows XP, copies in china, and no one settle out of court and no one was fined. This the Vii is not even close to what MS goes through in China.

It will sell well with an audience of 1.3 billion people that are nearly all employed. FYI over half the world lives on less than a dollar a day (USD) CHinese people do better than them, and in acount for that there are 3 billion people at less than $1 a day and 1.8 billion aside from china at living with more. SO even if they make $2 a day that cannot amount to a Wii. But, it is estimated that only 900,000,000 people spend over 100 a month on entertainment.

SO, what I am getting at is Wii can sell to those 900,000,000 but since it is estimated that 400,000,000 of these poeple are in china, and the Wii sells poorly with that many per capita consumers this think has the potential to sell at least 100,000,000 in a 3 years.

The chinese are not yet post industrial and they do not have a consumerism economy so nothing except cheap sells well there.
