It looks like OLED screens are invading most of Sony’s devices, and I wouldn’t be surprised if we saw them giving a future PSP one of them.
What they are announcing today is another clamshell-type cellphone with a QVGA OLED LCD (320×240 pixels), a 1Seg TV tuner, EZ Felica support, 3.24 Megapixel AF camera, Bluetooth, GPS and 800 Mb of storage capacity, and all of this in an 18.8mm thick case.

I’m a sucker for Sony Ericsson’s Cybershot line cellphones, but if I were living in Japan I would definitely prefer this model thanks to all it’s extra features.
