Sorry guys for having skipped a couple of days posting new stuff. I’ve been having some access problems lately. But let’s not allow some trivial technical matters stop us. Consider this a “making up for lost time” post… I give you Kristin Bell dressed as Princess Leia in her slave attire.

Nope, Kristin is not into cosplay, it’s actually a still from Fanboys. The premise of this movie is simple, a group of friends attend a costume party in Skywalker Ranch in order to steal a copy of the as yet unreleased (based on the movie’s timeline) Episode I: The Phantom Menace for a friend who is dying. This, my friends, may yet become the definitive geek movie with a heart.

Fanboys was shot way back in 2006 but will only be shown early next year. According to some early comments about it, Fanboys will not be an out and out comedy. It will also have drama and even road movie elements to it. I hope they pepper the script with really cool ubergeek references to make us all feel right at home.
