Natali Del ConteVideo podcasts online have become very popular, but for me, there seems to be a big problem, especially where Podshow is concerned: their talent leaves.

Is Podshow unable to pay enough money, or are there just better opportunities elsewhere, I am not sure, but one thing I do know is that the Podshow network is probably hurting right now at the loss of Natali Del Conte, host of TeXtra.

Natali Del Conte is a beautiful, bubbly woman who has stood out and branded herself as both intelligent and interesting and she has decided to go from Podshow, to CNET TV.

From TechCrunch:

Del Conte, will be moving from San Francisco to New York and joining the CNET TV team with a new news show, she says. It won’t be like TeXtra and a number of other tech news shows (webbalert, Rocketboom, PopSnap, Geekbrief, CommandN, etc.) that she describes as “camera, girl, news.” She’s not saying much about the format of the new show, other than it will be much different than TeXtra. She’ll cover CES in January for CNET, and the new show will start in February 2008.

It looks like online video production companies are going to have to start figuring out ways to keep their talent, as the industry continues to expand.

Also, does anyone know any great technology shows that don’t need a woman to figurehead it for us guys to be interested?
