Oh Sony… why do you taunt us so? Just when we fought we had found the sexier and “better-than-all” iPhone, along comes Sony and unleashes something that is as pretty and sofysticated as a gadget can get on the outside, while still sporting the rather disappointing Windows Mobile 6, which failed to meet expectations when it came out.

This mobile wonder has a wide VGA resolution (800×480), touchscreen display, 3.2megapixel camera, A2DP Bluetooth, aGPS, WiFi, microSD slot, 400mb of internal memory.

Despite coming with Windows Mobile, Sony managed to cook up a neat little interface that should give you quick access to some of the most used programs, similar to the way the iPhone works, but with much more eye candy:

Windows Mobile, and the rest of the competitors, are still leagues behind the iPhone’s intuitive and simple interface. But if I were to worship a cellphone among all of the (usually) ugly Windows Mobile cellphones, I would certainly worship the Xperia. Congratulations to S-E once again for designing such a great device. Now let’s see if we don’t have to sell any organs to purchase it.
