With the success of both Sin City and 300, it’s natural for Hollywood to keep mining more of Frank Miller’s material. This means that we will be seeing Ronin get the big movie treatment in the future.
It has been reported that preproduction for the Ronin movie is already underway. Scriptwriter Joby Harold is already writing the script for the live action film that will be produced by Warner Bros. Sylvain White has been chosen to direct the movie with 300 producer Gianni Nunnari co producing this new Miller adaptation.
I myself would’ve loved to see the big screen adaptation of Miller’s run on Daredevil, which is probably one of the best ever Daredevil runs in its history.
