My biggest distraction is the Internet. This is quite ironic since my work involves the Internet, too! I write and I manage a blog network. So I have to be updated with my reading. Sometimes there is a thin line between what is supposed to be work and not.

Anyway, we’ll be closing this contest once we reach comment or trackback #20. :)

My overwhelming Google Reader feeds. I have 154 subscriptions that I can’t possibly keep up with, not to mention my weakness for entertainment gossip.

Yhe internet is my biggest distraction – I often go off on tangents when doing research for work. Also, I can not remember things that I can not focus on or see – if I’m not reminded of something (or someone) somehow I do not usually think of it (them).

Wow, what do I do to procrastinate..
My biggest ones are checking gmail constantly, IM, facebook and shoot just browsing all my favorite pages.
And look at that, I’m procrastinating now.

My biggest distraction is the world around me. I’m the technical lead for an IT group and the generally-thought-of go to guy for many others in the organization. While I find everyone else’s questions and problems very interesting and can usually help them, I get lost trying to keep track of my *own* tasks and responsibilities. This is compounded by my keeping up with several RSS feeds (like this one >grin

Being an teenager, things that most distract me is IM, geez.. dont know, but it feels that i have to always keep in touch with my buddy…
The other is social networking sites… Myspace, Facebook, Friendster… You name it ;)

Google Reader on my iGoogle page. I have 64 subscriptions – most very useful to my job, but a good amount are just personal interests as well. I spend too much time reading those and then I end up reading more from then on!

Number one distraction? The internet in general, but Fark.com and other news/story aggregator sites (like forevergeek!) keep me browsing for new stories for hours and hours on end.
