Flashback on Linux101 days… here’s the news as I have read from The Wired Blog Network :OAKLAND, California — Jurors found Linux programmer Hans Reiser guilty of first degree murder on Monday for killing his estranged wife in 2006. The verdict was made after nearly a six-month trial and nearly three days of deliberation
The case was handled by Alameda County Superior Court Judge Larry Goodman. Reiser faces a mandatory sentence of 25 years to life in prison. After the reading of the verdict, Reiser was immediately removed from the courtroom by a bailiff.
