Could there be a more whimsical way to chop or mince garlic? Simply insert a few peeled cloves in the top “trapdoor” of this little machine, close it, and roll the Zoom back and forth (with a little pressure) on the countertop. You can watch the stainless-steel blades inside doing their work through the clear body. When the chopping looks done to your specifications, open up the whole top half of the Zoom, remove the blade unit, and scrape out the garlic. Easy as pie, with no smelly hands to scrub. Ouch!  I’m not to keen at letting the kids touch anything with surgical blades though.  Maybe some improvement will keep the possible lawsuits away!
