Online retail store Zazzle is now selling custom skate designs.  Geeks who dig skateboards will find this really cool.  The site originally offers custom shirts, stickers and shoes.  Now it looks like their getting the hang of the “custom world” and is including a product line that works well with its clientelle.

If you’ve watch “The Net” where the lead was trying to make her own pizza flavor online… it’s like that with Zazzle.  You go online and you choose a base design art to do.  If you’ve found one from their design rack, you are a few clicks away.  If you’d like to create your own, they said you can can upload your own art!  What coolness is that! :)

Pricing starts at around US$60, which I believe most geeks could afford!  The actual board is made of seven ply North American maple.
