Viva Pinata is an Xbox 360 exclusive… console-wise.
Rare has announced that simultaneous to the release of the new Viva Pinata Trouble in Paradise, it will also release a Nintendo DS version of the game. This will be the first foray of the franchise to handhelds.
The new game, Viva Pinata: Pocket Paradise, goes back to the original Viva Pinata that was released in 2006. The gameplay for this handheld version will be similar to the original in that budding horticulturalists build virtual gardens by making cool living environments for pinatas.
The game will also have a new interface as well as a new control scheme.
