Nothing, I'm afraid. Microsoft has a stranglehold on the market, given how many PC's are sold and preloaded with their software. I can't imagine WHATSOEVER what they could do. Does it matter, if it is distributed under a GNU General Public License anyway? If you've got a netbook, I'm not sure you need Windows on it, but I'd understand why you might WANT it on there.
