Lots of car has GPS nowadays. With a country as huge as the USA and Canada I think the GPS should come as a permanent fixture for new cars as how aircons and heaters are. Fortunately some cars of today come pre-installed with GPS. I remember cruising along the Chicago Mile in a 2007 American Cadillac, GPS… yup, right front and center showing us the routes to the “inner streets” where all the city goodies are. Somehow the good clubs are “hidden” from tourists. Locals have all the fun!
Anyway, back to the GPS… Mio has released a cool version “The Knight Rider GPS“. It’s almost like kit because of the running LED lights and the voice. It comes pre-installed with a database of names so if you’re as generic as my name “Jim” you’d be greeted for sure when you turn this on.
Here are the product specs too:

My Ford Tempo is going to be the coolest Tempo in town. I already have Mr. T and Dennis Hopper on my Tomtom. I got them from Navtones.com, but if the Knight Rider GPS is as good as them, I might just have to get one.
There’s no doubt that for people of a certain age that is one of the coolest gadgest around.
