I think this is the cheapest in the market. For US$13, like you, I was “shocked”. While illegal to purchase in some states, this is a head turner. If personal protection is a major concern, you may want to get this to ward off any untoward incident.

My main concern is IS IT REUSABLE? With a low price as that, my guess is that it isn’t. The physical dimension isn’t attractive too… it looks huge to carry around. I think it would be ideal for home protection use or car use. But to carry it around… too bulky.
