Otas has released a 32GB ‘credit card’ USB flash drive. At only 3mm thick and 16 gramm the memory drive fits perfectly in your wallet and comes with 10MB/s writing and 20MB/s reading speeds.
Obviously the Japanese market has the privilege for this small and actually rather attractive drive. At a price of 12.800 JPY (around 140 USD).
