Fair enough. I think it’d be tough to patent it as that pesky VoiceOver technology has been on Mac OS X for a while now. Now, I wonder if it uses “Bruce” or that really bizarre alien laughing voice? :)

You may scoff but I think this is a great idea. My friend was actually suggesting this as a feature about a month ago, saying she has a lot of random music on her Shuffle and can’t always remember the name/artist of a song. She’s kicking herself now for not patenting it sooner!
