myvicSmoking is such a dirty habit, and I have heard one smoker too many say that they wish they’d never started picked up the habit in the first place. Then again, smoking is not that easy to drop. Many have tried and many have failed as well. In spite of the fact that we all know that smoking is bad for our health, it simple is hard to give the habit up.

If you’re almost at the end of your rope looking for some alternative to cigarette, there’s this gadget that a UK company is promoting. Dubbed Myvic Electronic Cigarette, the gadget offers smokers a healthier alternative. Compared to the “normal” cigarette, these electronic cigarettes only contain nicotine. If you’re thinking that that is not such a big improvement, think of all the other chemicals that are found in the average cigarette: nicotine, tar, plus over 4,000 more.

Even better, nicotine is NOT cancerous. Yes, it is addictive but hey, at least it won’t increase your chances of getting cancer right? So how does the electronic cigarette work?

You basically out nicotine and propylene gycol into the chamber and refill it as needed. When you “smoke” it, you still get the physical satisfaction of inhaling smoke, although it is mostly water vapor.

Interestingly enough, the company is touting the cigarette as a health product. While I would NOT go that far, I think that the concept is worth a try. In any case, I don’t know if hardcore smokers would even give it a second glance. If you are looking for something more conventional, yet with a different twist, you can also check out flavored cigars and cones at RollingSupreme.com. It’s the real deal, but something out of the ordinary as well.
