The iPhone App Comics has just gone public and is now a free download from the iTunes Store, and it brought along some of your favorite Marvel Comics available for in-app purchase from the iTunes Store.Some of the great titles that are currently available include – Joss Whedon’s 24-issue run on Astonishing X-Men, Robert Kirkman’s five-issue Marvel Zombies miniseries, Ed Brubaker’s first 30 issues of Captain America and two other X-men related books, X-23 and six issues of X-men:Age of Apocalypse . Comic prices ranges from $1-2.

If you want some other sources of Marvel Comics for your iPhone there are to others out there including two “motion comics” which are sold directly on iTunes. These include Spider-Woman and an adaptation of Whedon’s Astonishing X-Men.
