If you are trying to get to the site originating from an IP address not recognized in MaxMind's database as being from US or Canada you will see that less than descriptive page. Due to licensing restrictions, we are currently not allowed to stream content outside of those territories. We're working on getting a page up that's more descriptive letting users outside of the aforementioned territories what is going on and why they're being rejected.
