The exhibit hall, eerily quiet before the show opens.More outdoor advertising than I've ever seen at SDCC.Warner Bros. banners.Speaks for itself. The massive Tron: Legacy booth, by Disney.Scott Pilgrim is everywhere. The Green Hornet's car.Gotta love those big banners! If this doesn't make your geeky little heart go pitter-patter, nothing will.Something to do with Adult Swim. Not sure what.LEGO Master Chief from Halo.AMC's booth for its Walking Dead TV series.Titan training outside the Convention Center. It looks vast, but this is just a small portion of the crowd inside the legendary Hall H.Cheeky True Blood banners.Behold! The geek in his natural habitat, involuntarily gravitating toward Comic-Con.LEGO Toy Story = WIN.Showtime is promoting its original series as "antiheroes" who "have more fun."Spike TV's booth.Merlotte's Bar, from True Blood. Can't quite tell where it's located.Video games grow in importance every year.LEGO Harry Potter.Optimus Prime stands proudly outside the Convention Center.Okay, so this isn't exactly unique to Comic-Con. But come on, how incredible is that tat?Glee has truly arrived now that it has its own video game.Posters for the movie Priest.More Scott Pilgrim...Another True Blood banner.Unlike his pal Optimus, Bumblebee gets to hang out inside where it's nice and cool.Even more Scott Pilgrim...Syfy takes over this restaurant and uses it as its hub for Comic-Con. They used to have a booth in the exhibit hall, but now they do this instead. Yes, they serve real food and everything. The menu items are named after Syfy's shows. The Throne of Asgard, at the back of Marvel's booth. As seen in the upcoming Thor movie. Sadly, no one is being permitted to sit on it.Thor's hammer, as used in the movie. Looks kinda plastic; hopefully it's just the Con lighting.
