Soulja Boy is known for songs that include Turn My Swag On and Whoop Rico, while those songs are about being all gangster and kicking butt and going after the ladies, so it surprised me to learn that his other hobby is a bit more geeky, it turns out the rapper loves anime.

In fact Soulja Boy loves Anime so much that he’s released an Anime rap. Unfortunately the song isn’t about to win him any more fans or awards, in fact it’s 100% horrible with the rapper basically naming off Anime titles and then naming the cast of Dragonball Z.

After hearing this song I kinda wish some of the horrible things that happen to people in Akira would happen to Soulja Boy, it’s bad enough he mumbles as if he’s choking on a jawbreaker during the entire song.

BTW, his creative juices were obviously on the highest setting possible since he came up with the clever rap song name of “Anime.”
