Mario Kart in Real Life

How many hours have you logged in playing Mario Kart? Maybe you do not play it often these days, but I am pretty sure that you have had your fair share of that game. I will deny that I will not be able to count the number of hours spent on Mario Kart. There was a period in my life when that was all I could think about. Sad, but true.

Now what if you can have your own real life Mario Kart cars? Thanks to the famous West Coast Custom guys, it really is possible! For sure, anyone with skills in customizing cars can replicate what the guys have done, but unless you have the resources, you might have to be content with looking at WCC’s Mario Kart in real life.

I rarely watch the show anymore – I barely watch any TV anyway – so I am not sure what happened in that special episode. What you can see above, though, seems to be the two cars that the WCC guys worked on. The next image shows you the car up close and personal.

And just like any other WCC creation, this Mario Kart works for real. The driver even looks familiar!

I am not sure if these cars are roadworthy – probably not. It would still be pretty cool to have one of them to drive around the streets of your village or a racetrack. Forget the mall.

If these photos are not enough to satisfy you, check out the blog post at West Coast Customs for a whole lot more.
