After his successes with The Final Hours of Portal 2 and The Final Hours of Mass Effect 3, Geoff Keighley is setting his sights on the new Tomb Raider, with help from gamer pal Zachary Levi.
Crystal Dynamics, the developer behind the drool-worthy Tomb Raider reboot, is partnering with Keighley to produce the latest installment of his Final Hours series. This time, instead of only an app, Keighley is also producing a series of documentaries about the making of Tomb Raider, hosted by Chuck himself, Zachary Levi.
The Final Hours of Tomb Raider, the app, will be available in March of next year for iPad, PC, and Kindle Fire. In the build-up to the game’s and the app’s release, further installments of this documentary series will be released on the web. The first, embedded above, introduces players to actress Camilla Luddington, who is bringing this new, younger version of Lara to life with not only her voice, but a full motion-capture performance.
Tomb Raider looks astounding. Crystal Dynamics: Please just take my money. I need to be playing this game. Right. Now.
