How many ways can you portray your favorite – and not-so-favorite – superheroes? In as many ways you can think possible. Your imagination’s the limit! We’ve seen our fair share of superhero art on ForeverGeek, and I may be mistaken, but I think this is the first time we’re seeing these characters in geometric form.

How did superheroes go geometric? We can thank artist Eric Dufresne of Quebec, Canada for bringing us Projet Marvel and Project DC, a collection of pieces featuring geometric superheroes. At first glance, your eyes and brain might revolt, feeling as if something were off. However, I think that is the main charm of Eric’s work. It’s not your everyday superhero portrayal, for sure. Aside from the angular shapes dominant in the artwork, the colors used to create the final pieces blend wonderfully, making some of them most colorful superhero artwork you can find on the planet.

Here’s a sneak peek at Eric’s art from both Projet Marvel and Projet DC Comics.

You can see the rest of the Marvel superheroes here, and the other DC superheroes here. For those of you who like dark more than bright splashes of color, I suggest checking out these superhero posters in noir, and for those of you who like it cute – Pixar cute – then  check out a different kind of Justice League.
