General – There’s a new indie movie coming called Pulp, a British comedy set in the geek world of comic books and conventions. Its trailer contains a scene in which an unlikeable cop named Tyler Jake rips Star Wars apart, and as you might suspect, it’s quite the button-pusher.
Games – Activision and Beenox today revealed their new incarnation of the classic villain Rhino in their upcoming Amazing Spider-Man video game, based on the upcoming film. Rhino doesn’t appear in the film, but the character’s design follows the aesthetic of the Lizard from the film.
Features – Just like The Lord of the Rings, another major property that fans have long desired is coming to LEGO this year: Marvel superheroes. The first 6 sets have been revealed, and they’re mostly (but not all) in support of The Avengers movie. Here we go…
