Every once in a while I get asked what would be a good series to introduce someone to anime. “Let the deliberations begin.” In The Legend of Koizumi (Mudazumo Naki Kaikaku), key economic, political and military decisions are settled in the mahjong table. This is no typical anime, because it actually portrays real world political figures fighting for world peace.
