Mark your calendar for June 23 – July 7, Halo fans. For those two weeks, Bungie is pulling out all the stops for a spectacular “farewell to Halo” extravaganza on the 20th anniversary of the company’s inception. Halo isn’t going anywhere, of course. Microsoft just announced two new Halo releases at E3 last week. But series creator Bungie is leaving its baby in the hands of others as it sets off to create a mysterious new franchise.
