Did you know that in Canada, they continued showing the final episodes of Caprica last year? There I was, patiently (trying to be patient actually) waiting for months till US TV picked up the series again, only to find out that they had aired the series anyway. It’s no secret that I got so hooked on Battlestar Galactica (like countless other people). Even though I got into it way late in the game, I still got awfully depressed when I finally finished the series. I bet you all had a similar experience – it was as if part of my life was over. I kid you not. I moped around for days until I got hold of episodes of Caprica, and even then, it was not the same. I loved Battlestar Galactica, all the way until the last episode. Then I sat there, confounded, and wondering what just happened. That, and I really wondered why they took the lame way out and had them land on past Earth, and start civilization again. Just seemed cheesy to me, and a poor way to end the series. But I don’t want to let that last episode spoil the other 5 seasons for me, because the series as a whole was amazing. Great acting, excellent storyline, and lots of action.
