So Halloween is over and done with, and I have read/heard a handful of people breathe a sigh of relief because of this. For those of you who cannot get enough of Halloween, though, here is one last post for this year. I don’t know about you, but I get a kick out of seeing photos of awesome Halloween costumes/makeup. The creativity and patience of these people deserve to be hailed and documented, don’t you think? Game of Thrones Costumes With Game of Thrones being the most popular fantasy series these days, it was inevitable that people would go as one of the many characters in the story. Over at Read more »

Sneak Peek: Futurama Monopoly
A few days ago, the UPS man brought me an unexpected package. It was odd, because instead of giving me a standard UPS box or a nondescript cardboard box, this one was green and labeled “Planet Express.” Which could only mean one thing: it was a Futurama package! Here’s a complete photo gallery of what I found inside… Read more »

New Mathematical Theorem Created For Futurama Episode

Futurama Characters Re-Imagined As X-Men Characters
With Futurama prepared to launch 12 new episodes on Comedy Central starting June 24th I knew it was only a matter of time before a bunch of various promotional materials arrived and one of the first pieces of promotional material is an X-Men redrawing of the cast. I also really like Dr. Zoidberg, the loveable, yet always confused lobster who is drawn with Adamantium Wolverine like claws. Read more »
Futurama Returns in June
Oh, Futurama. Another one of Fox’s great mistakes. Back in the day, Fox cancelled the show a’la Family Guy, but then left the property out to hang. Comedy Central started airing episodes, people watched it in droves and now, it’s finally coming back – to Comedy Central. For a while, there was a little bit of doubt that all of the original cast members would be returning, but it’s all been worked out now and the gang’s all back for more (who wanted to hear James Lipton as Bender, anyways?). My personal love of Futurama started a few years ago, with the repeats on Comedy Central. They were on so Read more »
