When you’re worried about losing two small Apple products — namely the 2nd generation iPod Shuffle and the Apple Remote — then this hack is for you.

Andy just posted something about the Walkman’s 30th anniversary and guess what that got me doing? I had to dig up some old boxes in an effort to find my old Walkman! Yes, I still have it! After spending a good part of an hour trying to locate it, I was more [...]
Here’s a really interesting concept design for a dock and speaker for the original iPod Shuffle.
Designed by Rhea Jeong and inspired by water droplets and musical notation, it has a tumbler toy built in to the base meaning that it will always self right itself.
Awesome mod of an iPod Mini. I must say this is probably the nicest iPod Mini mod I’ve seen so far, almost as beautiful as Joel Scilly’s wooden turntables.
My finished wood ipod mini. This has been such a fun project for me. It’s handmade (with special thanks to my 8yr old dremel) from Australian red [...]
Traveling is perhaps my number 1 past time. I have to have at least two trips in a year to maintain my sanity. Otherwise, work would just burn me out. I am not a particularly fussy person but if there is one thing that would convince me about staying in a hotel [...]

Apple is surely running out of things to put on its iPod, given that its latest “innovative feature” is that the new iPod shuffle will talk to you. In fact, it’s the first music player that’ll talk to you.
There’s a reason for that, Steve. No-one else would be silly enough to put that feature on [...]
I whistled the sexy tune when I first saw this, and you would too I know! :) The Phonofone II special black design is by Tristan Zimmerman for Charles & Marie. The price (?) a hefty US$600. Yeah, I know, it’s more expensive than your already pricey MP3 player.
The Phonofone is a retro-designed speaker set [...]
It might say on the box that it plays MP3s, but it sure does a lot more than that. The Samsung YP-P3 is as you can see an attractive player and is arriving in the UK later this month. There’s a wonderfully high resolution display that has haptic (touch screen) to acknowledge your [...]

Currently [...]
Apple’s Let’s Rock event has finished and Steve Jobs did not disappoint in announcing new revamps in its mammoth bestseller iPod line.
The announcements have been across the board with all of the iPod products. First is that the iPod Classic now has just a single model, the 120GB. The new model though is much slender [...]

One of the “must have” accessories for any iPod owner is the iTrip. It allows you to listen to your iPod on your car stereo (or any stereo for that matter) by using an emtpy frequency in the FM band.
One problem that the iTrip has always had is range. Usually once you get it 1-2 [...]
