Lego + Prince of Persia = Awesome
There’s been a long history of movies based on video games sucking pretty hard. Street Fighter was horrible (both versions), Mario Brothers was spectacularly bad, and even James Bond: Goldeneye wasn’t that great. Wait, that last one was a video game based on a movie? Who knew? Regardless, they’re going to try again with Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time, out later this year. Now I have no idea if the movie is going to be worth a damn, and frankly, I don’t really care. But what I do care about is the new series of Legos based on the movie, and now they’re available at Toys R Us. Read more »
Arm Your Legos
It’s funny how things come full circle. When I was born, my parent’s had a friend of theirs who had a child around the same time named Tara. We’ve kept in touch over the years, off and on, and now we’re Facebook Buddies. Granted, I haven’t seen her since I was an infant, but it’s kinda neat. When I got a little older, I got into Legos.
