At first I thought it sounded like Christopher Walken doing the voice for Mr. Freeze, the newly announced villain in Batman: Arkham City. The move towards a bad-ass Mr. Freeze is long overdue with the past decade (and more) of fans associating Arnold Schwarzenegger as the campy version of Mr. Freeze from the third Batman movie.
