I’m sure he wasn’t thinking bacon, but Greek technology enthusiast (and amateur F1 driver!) Stavros Korokithakis sure was when he created the “Emergency Food
You know those times when you’re just plain lazy” not feeling well so you don’t feel like cooking and you can’t summon up enough energy to order food? Well, you can simply push a button, and food will be delivered to your door. Just like that.
The idea is to have restaurants integrate the Emergency Food Button -- or Bacon Button, that’s what I’ll call it -- into their online ordering system. The project hasn’t reached that far yet, but someone give Stavros a medal already!
No more chopping, frying, or even using the microwave. Simply put the device near you and push whenever you feel like
As he says himself, “Hungry? There’s a button for that.”
