Really. It’s not what you think. And yes, this post is totally safe for work. I think.
They say that art is the expression of a person’s deepest emotions and thoughts. Some say that’s complete crap, but in this case – and many others – it does not matter.
Brazilian artist Fernando de La Rocque has found a different way to create artwork, and he calls it blow job art. It seems that he has a penchant for the controversial, as not only does the monicker he has chosen is enough to raise some eyebrows, but his chosen medium is not entirely controversy-free as well.
Know what I mean now?
Fernando de La Rocque’s blow job art makes use of marijuana smoke (not your ordinary cigarette smoke, mind you) to create images. What he does is to blow the smoke onto stencils which are placed on top of paper.
This is the artist at work.
And the result – or one of them – is this.
As if blow job art and marijuana smoke were not enough to attract attention, the artist’s subjects are also rather controversial. His smoke paintings are of a political or religious nature, not to celebrate the subjects, but – you guessed it – to spark controversy. Don’t you just adore him already?
