Get Shwifty: Everything You Need to Know about Rick and Morty Season Three
I have said it a quintuple thousand times and I will say it again. I called it. When Adult Swim sent me the screener copy of Rick and Morty’s Pilot to review, I said it was one of the best animated shows aimed at adults in forever and that Justin Roiland and Dan Harmon, the show’s creators, were gonna be working on this show for a long, long time. Seems I was right as everyone and their father has fallen in love with the science fiction themed ,mile a minute experience of a TV show.
Now here we are, on the doorstep of season three, and if you are anything like me, you are desperate to know what plays out next (as last season left us on one hell of a cliffhanger). Well, Seems Justin Roiland and Dan Harmon have somethings to say about season three of Rick and Morty, but not without showing us some first:
Sweet lordy lordy, it may not be finished but that tiny Rick is enough to already get us drooling at season three’s forthcoming antics. But wait, there’s more. Creator Dan Harmon said:
“I don’t think anybody wants to do a third season that simply spends a whole bunch of episodes dealing with a situation that we created at the end of the second season. So I think that’s a non-spoiler way of saying things should be okay pretty quickly.”
So in other words, they won’t spend too much time on that “#[email protected]^ Rick out of &%$#” subplot (censored for those who have not seen season two finale yet). Also,Mr. Poopy Butthole made an appearance at Comic-Con and said, even though he told us season three wouldn’t come for a long, long time, that season three should come by “the of the year.” If you do not know who Mr. Poopy Butthole is, why are you not watching the greatest show on TV? Seriously, WHY?! WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU?
Quick, go catch up before season three drops sooner than later. You will thank me. Wubba lubba dub dub, yo.
