Fujitsu's new RakuRaku phone

Fujitsu has just announced a brand new RakuRaku phone (Raku means Easy) aimed at older consumers, or people who simply want an easy to use cellphone. This means that the device itself comes with a software that attempts to automatically do some tasks for the user.

For example, if you take a picture of a black and white paper with some writing on it, the phone automatically adjusts the balance and makes similar to what you’d expect if you had scanned the paper. The same applies to other photos, the phone tries to “correct” them for better visibility.

I don’t know about you, but to me, for an easy to use cellphone, this phone as an intimidating number of buttons. I wonder if people can operate the device better because of it, or if it confuses them more.
