Joost to display “30s” series ten days ahead of normal broadcast

The popular internet service that displays TV and videos on the web – Joost – has reached a deal with the TV channel VH1 to promote themselves and the upcoming “I hate My 30s” series by being the first ones to show the full season of the comedy show.

People that don’t have access to Joost will only be able to see the “30s” a couple of days after already being accessible on the net, more exactly on July 26.

Yvette Thijm, from Joost, comments:

This is exactly the kind of partnership we would like to have with content owners, we see this as Phase 2 in creating value with them.

We recently reported the $45 million funding received by Joost, and all that money seems to be serving them right.
