LG introduces the SIMPURE cellphone

LG recently got together with designer Gwenael Nicolas, who designed the original Gameboy Advance, to make a new cellphone tries to blend simplicity with pureness: the SIMPURE L2.

Although the cellphone features some sleek lines, to me it somehow looks a bit dated, and not on par with some past “design-oriented” devices I’ve seen in the past. Still, this phone is prepared for most networks (3G + GSM + GPRS), but fails to impress with the camera, with only 1.3Megapixels, and with the screen that only has a 176×220 pixel resolution, which is quite embarrassing compared to some other Japanese or Korean cellphones that already come with VGA displays.
