Microsoft quietly release new Wireless Laser Mice
Love them or hate them we all, including die-hard Apple fans, must admit that their computer mice are one, if not their best, products. Maintaining their tradition of releasing very comfortable and stylish mice they have quietly announced the new Wireless 6000 and 7000 series mouses.
Both the 6000 and 7000 model use 2.4Ghz wireless and have 1000 dpi sensors and will tell you how much juice there’s left in the battery through a small led at the top (hmmm… where have I seen that feature before?). The 7000 model (pictured above) has rechargeable batteries and comes with a charging dock. It will cost $70.
The 6000 model is aimed at laptops a bit more as it comes with a small use receiver that fits inside it, but both mice have the same size.
One thing is certain, if these mice feel as good as they look, Microsoft might have a couple of winners on their hands. And I think I speak for most when I say “it’s about time” for them to give their mice a real visual overhaul as these models have received.
